Who We Are....  

 
Pieter and Dawn Heres have been serving with Youth With A Mission since 1984. Right now they are part of the staff of University of the Nations in Kona , where annually over 1000 students are trained for the purpose of the Great Commission.
For 15 years Pieter was director of the IMPACT Center which facilitates strategic missions efforts into Asia and the Pacific Region. He and Dawn are involved in several new initiatives in mercy missions including the YWAM Children at Risk Network.
Dawn is also part of the UofN Coop School where YWAM staff children from many different nations are educated.
We have two sons, John-Paul (18) and Jordan (15) who have traveled with us on many missions such as Bosnia, Cambodia, Vietnam and Japan.
