Nathan praises God for His intervention at the Supreme Court, at the exact moment that Alito is being sworn in at a private ceremony within those walls. What a privalege it is for my kids to be a part of changing history through prayer!!

One of our favorite features in the Supreme Court building is this spiral staircase.

The view that the Capitol police have of a "silent siege". This is not a protest, it's a prayer vigil. It's a pebble in a sling-shot, looking to topple a giant. It's an act of foolishness to confound the wise. It's an appeal to the King of Righteousness and Justice to be exactly that in our land.

A group praying with the Justice House of Prayer outside the Supreme Court. We call this a "Silent Siege", and "standing on the wall". Could it be that the silent pleas of thousands over the past year have had a a hand in the dramatic shifts in the judiciary that we are now experiencing?

Outside the National Archives, where the copies of the Magna Carta, Declaration of Independence, US Constitution, Bill of Rights, and other documents are housed. It's quite something to view the actual bedrock documents of a representational democracy!

A little dryad we bumped into on our tramp through the woods. Yes, we know that's Greek mythology. And no, we're not turning into New Age pantheists. It was just a fun shot. I wasn't even around when they took this - just found it in the camera after the hike!
