TheCall Nashville, in pictures

The sign beside the highway that ran past the stadium said it all: "Come, let us return unto the Lord."

The night before 07.07.07, the 300 men who were to blow their shofars the next day, like Gideon's 300 men, gathered outside the stadium to consecrate ourselves to the Lord, and to encircle the stadium and blow our horns. Great night! I later learned that a prodigal young guy gave his life to the Lord earlier that evening in that same spot.

The morning of 07.07.07, there we were outsied the stadium, waiting for a taxi to take us to the beginning of the Repentance Walk.

Right through the former prostitution district, the current homosexual district, and the porn areas of town, we walked in silence, repenting for the sins of the city and the Church in the region. How many of us were there? Lots! I'm guessing 15,000+

After we marched through the city, we crossed the river, into the "Promised Land".

The view from the "Family Room" inside the stadium, where the kids could get out of the heat.

Worship musicians like Misty Edwards from IHOP led ud into the presence of the Lord.

We stretched out our hands.

We prayed.

And fasted.

And worshipped.

We blew horns.

We stood side by side with friends.

With brown shirts & pants - the color of humility, and red bandanas - the color of the Blood of Jesus, we got ready to blow our horns.

We laughed.

We drank water.

A lot of water!

And in the end, God showed up at LP Field, in Nashville TN
