Leadership development for an emerging generation

Welcome to the b2b official web domain. b2b is the natural offspring of the international 'Leadership Development Course' (LDC) based in Scotland and run by Stephe Mayers, Barry Austin and Marriette Loue. site....

b2b is a condensed version of that course aimed at younger or less experienced emerging leaders from around the world.

It is a value based course mixing curriculum, ministry and post-modern perspective together to produce an interesting juxtaposition that will hopefully equip future leaders, setting a general value base as well as creating a relational network of younger leaders in and outside of YWAM.

A true masterpiece

2 Samuel 22:31

During Italy’s Renaissance, not all sculptors were on a par with the great masters like Michelangelo. Some tired to cover up their flawed works by smoothing over the imperfections with wax. At a casual glance, the wax blended into the marble so well that it might look perfect. But closer scrutiny would expose its flaws. Eventually contracts for commissioned statues required the work to be “sin cera,” which means “without wax.” It is from this Italian phrase that we get the English word “sincere”—a word that speaks of honesty and transparency, without false fronts or cover-ups.

This is what the Bible means when it declares that the Scriptures are flawless. They are totally reliable. We can trust that what we see is the genuine article—the perfect and pure Word of God. In a world filled with advertising hype, it is refreshing to discover that which is completely worthy of our trust. Amidst the wax-filled claims of the world, only God’s Word is flawless.

Which Bible passages stand out to you as true and flawless compared to the claims of the world?
