Statement of purpose for B2B

To create an environment where up and coming YWAM leaders can understand the ways of God pertaining to their own development and relationship with God, while laying leadership foundations in the areas of character, competency and spiritual authority.

B2B Objectives

1. To model intimacy with God as foundational for leadership.
2. To gain new understanding of our identity in Christ and a clarity of our own gifting and calling for ministry
3. To learn specific skills and models of leadership development and mentoring.
4. To model a multi-generational leadership team, incorporating a variety of leadership styles and gifting.
5. To create a relational environment where staff and student leaders can sharpen one another to greater growth both inside and outside of the classroom.
6. To create a prophetic environment for significant encounters with God to bring breakthrough in each individual’s life.
7. To develop spiritual, practical and servant leadership.
8. To create a supportive and relational network for up and coming leaders as they launch into full time ministry.
