Outreach to Ukraine

David taught Pentateuch at Ukrain Evangelica Seminary which is located in Kieve, Ukraine. On 21st, He preached at a Ukrainian Church for sunday service.

March 06 2010 - March 26 2010

David took D. Min. Strategic Leadership courses one March 6, and 24 to 26. He was trained on Christian Coaching. For this event, Gary Collins who is well-known as a master of Christian Psychology and who nowadays is being famous for Christian Coaching had special lecture on March 6th. From 24 to 26 he taught Christian Coaching with Gary Waldron.

David taught Korean division students the Prophets on each Saturday for last three weeks on March(13, 20 27).

David had an intense lecture on Old Testament Expositon II  to U.S. Divison students at Faith Evangelical Seminary. Students who attended in this lecture had an opportunity to understand the Old Testament in deeper level.

April 12 2010 - April 16 2010

David will have a intensive lecture on the Biblical Criticism to Faith Evangelical Seminary Korean division students. It is a 5-hour class a day from Monday through Friday. It will cover materials for a quater in a week. Please pray for instructors and students to have wisdoms of god with them. In addition to it, please pray for all students taking the lecture that they will become great at analyzing the Bible.

David will preach at Hyungjae church of Rederal Way, WA for its 5th anniversary since founding. Please pray for him that he will recieve the message what the church really needs to hear from God. Furthermore, please pray for him that he can advise the blueprint of Hyungjae Church.

D. Min. Strategic Leadership

April 19 2010 - April 23 2010

David will take D. Min. Strategic Leadership of Fath Evangelical Sminary Korean Division courses. He will be taking Strategic Partnership that teaches to be succeful in cooperating  with other churchs and mission groups by effective Networking. Please pray for him that he will learn the practical ways how DCMi will cooperate with local churchs and mission groups effectively, and that he will be able to apply what he will learn.

He preached for sunday morning service at Good Shepard Chuch in Lakewood, and he led the Bible Seminar from 1 to 5 after the service.  This is David's second ministry at this church.  since the response from the church family was so positive after David's first ministry at this church in March, the church invited David again.  Thank you for your prayers.

Davil will teach Hebrew Grammar I to Faith Evangelical Semnary Korean division students on Saturdays, 4 times on May. This is an intensive course requiring much discipline and focus from both the students and professor. Please pray for students and professors that they will be studying under God's Wisdom, no one would fail the course, and all students will be trained as good interpreters of the Old Testament.

David will teach the Hebrew Garammar II to Faith Evangelical Seminary Korean division students ofr the first week of June. This course is a continuos course from the Hebrew Gammar I which is focused on interpretation and translation beyond the Hebrew grammar.  At the first Healthy Church Forum sponsored by Faith Evangelical Seminary and held at Seattle Presbyterian Church on June 26, David presented a research paper entitled "Church Health from An Old Testament Perspective: An Exegetical Study of Gen. 18:22-33."  After presentation of his paper, David also fieled questions from the audience.

Gisenyi Pastor's Conference

October 04 2010 - October 08 2010

Overwhelmed by the rapidly increasing influence of the Muslims, the church leaders of Gisenyi have longed to have Western church leaders come to help develop the Gisenyi church leaders for evangelism and ministry.  In response to the request of the Gisenyi Church Council, David is holding a Pastor's Conference in Gisenyi, Rwanda, this week.  When David's representative informed the Gisenyi church leaders of David's intention to hold a Pastor's Conference in their city, they shouted Hallelujahs and some had tears of joy. More than 100 pastors expressed their desire to attend the conference.  

Please pray that God will give us discernment to select the right leaders who are capable of reproduction, which will lead to multiplication.  Pray also that God will supply the finances for the conference especially as DCMI will provide the conference attendees with lunch and snack.  May the Lord renew the spirit of these pastors this week that they may receive a new vision for evangelism and church growth.  

DCMi is planning to serve the churches and the church leaders of Gisenyi through evangelism and leadership development for the next five to ten years.  When the time is right, we would like to hold a city-wide evangelistic campaign to unite the churches for evangelism and discipleship.  Would you partner with me in embracing Gisenyi and pray for the salvation of its people?

Ethiopia Evangelists Conference

October 11 2010 - October 15 2010

October 11-15, David will hold an Evangelist Conference in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.  We have invited to this historic conference 200 Ethiopian Ethiopian national evangelists whose ministries have been proven fruit-bearing.  In spite of all the hardships of life, limited resources, and often persecution, these evangelists have faithfully proclaimed Jesus as the Savior and Lord of their people.  We certainly pray that this conference will lift their spirits and polish their skills for more

effective soul harvests in Ethiopia. 

This conference will cost $19,000 and five church leaders from the U.S.A. and Scotland have already committed to give $2500 each to the conference.  They will not only support the conference financially, but they will also come to the conference at their own expense to work as conference speakers along with me. Please pray with me for God’s blessing on these five leaders fundraising efforts for this ministry trip.  Some of David's supporters have already given to DCMi sacrificially to help develop these Ethiopian evangelists through this conference.  Would you pray that the Lord will provide for the conference both spiritually and financially?  If the Lord lays a burden on your heart for these Ethiopian evangelists, please pray about giving for the conference.  David still need 2 more spirit-filled leaders to join us as conference speakers.  Would you please pray with David for more workers because the harvest is ready but the workers are few.  Above all, please pray for the participating 200 evangelists.  We are sure they are looking forward to this conference.  Pray that their plan to attend the conference will not be interrupted by unexpected events and that their spirits will be renewed at the conference so that they will receive a new vision for harvest of souls.  We claim Ps. 68:31 in our prayers, “Ethiopia will quickly stretch out her hands to God.”
