Dave and Marlene have served with Youth With a Mission in Tyler, Texas for 25 years. Dave joined the organization in 1982, and Marlene in 1984.

We married in 1986, and have three wonderful children; Rachael (16), Jonathan (13), and Victoria (9). As a family, we have ministered in over 15 nations of the world.

Arts With A Mission, our Peforming Arts Ministry based out of YWAM Texas, was founded in 1990.

Marlene serves on YWAM's National Urban Centers Committee. Both Dave and Marlene teach extensively with YWAM both in the US and abroad on the subject of the Artist from God's perspective, Creativity, and Cultural Redemption.

Our annual School of Performing Arts, a five-month training course, was established in 1994. SOPA's have since been pioneered in India, Barbados, and Jamaica. The next school is planned for the Dominican Republic in 2008!
