Child Sponsorship 

The child sponsorship program is a ministry that works through various other ministries that are running from the base. It primarily involves the support of the school fee's for children who's parents are not able to pay any school fee. The ministries that are working with child sponsorship are King's Kids, Aprecom and Arise and Shine.

Through the years YWAM Rwanda has been able to support 150 children, some of whom now are almost finishing the secondary school. But it is also for YWAM Rwanda a struggle to raise the school fee's for the children.

We are setting up a professional child support office that can be an advocate for the children and raise funds for them so they are able to follow an education. It is our strong desire to extend the help we are giving to the children and to be able to help more children to enjoy an education which will improve their change upon a job and better income in the future.
