On July 3, Uli Braun and I left Lausanne for a two month tour of Germany. Our goal was to make YWAM known as well as promote the German/English Discipleship School I will be leading in January. The strategy was to visit youth groups and churches, giving presentations on YWAM as well as giving people a "taste" of YWAM teaching and worship everywhere we went. We taught on "Hearing God's Voice", "Finding Your Destiny in God", "Missions", among other topics. In all we spoke in front of roughly 500 people, touching over 20 churches, and traveled over 5,700 kilometers. If you count the worship I led at Reach Meck Pom, the number goes up a couple of hundred people. It was a good start, a season of seed planting and plowing new ground. We made a lot of contacts and had invitations to come back again.
